Paul Eno • Director of Online Operations

Paul has been with SVM since 1998. As SVM's Director of Online Operations he manages our web development, affiliate programs, order security, and electronic integrations with partners. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering from The United States Military Academy, West Point, NY, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.

 

Pamela Gerhardt • Senior Director of Marketing

Pam started with SVM in 1998. As SVM's Director of Marketing, she works closely with SVM's sales force. Pam's team provides gift card advertising opportunities, executes targeted campaigns, and measures as well as evaluates results. Additionally, the marketing team manages customization and fulfillment services for customers in order to maximize gift card effectiveness. Pam has more than twenty years of sales and marketing experience. She holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration Degree from Iowa State University.

 

Jim Leroux • Executive Vice President

Jim Leroux has been with SVM since 2007. As SVM’s Executive Vice President, Jim is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance and grow SVM’s business. Prior to joining SVM, Jim was a Partner at First Annapolis Consulting, a consulting and financial advisory firm specializing in the payments industry. Jim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Tufts University and a Juris Doctor Degree from Boston College Law School.

 

Marshall Reavis • Chief Executive Officer

Marshall founded SVM in 1997 after developing the oil industry’s first prepaid gasoline card in 1994. Under his leadership, SVM has grown fifty-fold and transformed itself from a resale distributor of stored value cards to an organization that offers products and solutions for all prepaid card scenarios. He continues to actively manage SVM and is integral in providing guidance and direction regarding the company’s present and future vision. Marshall holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from DePauw University where he is involved and is a member of the Board of Trustees.

 

Jim Speir • Director of Sales

Jim joined the SVM team early in 1998 with a goal to increase SVM's business to business sales. Today Jim not only manages SVM's sales team but also stays in tune with industry trends and customers needs by personally handling many of SVM's customers on a daily basis. This hands-on approach keeps SVM's management team in close contact with the market and provides more responsive and timely customer-centric programs and services. Jim has over twenty years of sales and sales management experience and has a Bachelor's Degree from Illinois State University.

 

John Stulas • Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer

John has been with SVM since 2000. As SVM’s CFO and COO, he manages both the financial and operational aspects of our business. His departments are responsible for accounting, financial analysis, technology and fulfillment. In addition, his team is essential to the service levels SVM provides it’s customers. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago.

 

Julie von Rohr • Operations Manager

As a member of the team since 2005, Julie is responsible for overseeing daily operations including order fulfillment and inventory procurement. In order to maximize customer satisfaction, Julie consistently reviews SVM's processes and systems to ensure service commitments are met or exceeded. Julie has over eight years of fulfillment and distribution experience specializing in custom kitting and order fulfillment. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

 

Megan Wiersma • Director of Client Relations

Megan has been with SVM since 2001. As SVM’s Director of Client Relations, she is responsible for maintaining relationships with our clients and ensuring their gift card programs are successful. In addition, she manages a staff of client relations professionals who act as the primary contact with our extensive client base. Her team also manages program logistics, direction, strategy and communication between the client, SVM and consumers. Megan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Hope College.
